We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex data transformation activities, program mobilisation, scheduling, and resource management. If you possess a strong blend of project management expertise and business analysis capabilities, this long-term contract opportunity offers a chance to shape critical data infrastructure and governance frameworks through to December 2027.
What You Will Do:
Lead complex data and reporting transformation initiatives, including mobilisation, scheduling, and resource management.
Facilitate requirements elicitation, process analysis, report rationalisation, and current-state to future-state gap analysis.
Develop report catalogues and establish transparent prioritisation criteria based on usage, business value, operational risk, and technical complexity.
Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications for Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, and dimensional databases.
Establish robust data governance and reporting controls, including business glossaries, data dictionaries, data lineage, entity relationship documentation, and version controls.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Demonstrated Project Management experience leading complex data and reporting transformation initiatives.
Strong Business Analysis capabilities, including workshop facilitation, business rules documentation, traceability, and acceptance criteria.
Practical understanding of Power BI dashboards, paginated reporting, semantic models, SQL, and dimensional databases to challenge designs and support development.
Proven track record in establishing effective governance, risk management, testing, and UAT controls.
Exceptional facilitation, consultation, and communication skills across operational, technical, finance, change management, and executive leadership teams.
