ao7 principal project officer - rti and statistical reporting

We’re looking for a Principal Project Officer with RTI/IP experience to lead a key annual statistical reporting project across the Queensland public sector.

You’ll work with government stakeholders to establish RTI and Information Privacy reporting requirements, data collection processes and agency guidance.

A great opportunity for someone who understands the RTI/IP environment and enjoys project delivery, stakeholder engagement and working across government.

• Lead business readiness activities for annual RTI/IP statistical reporting.
• Define data requirements, collection processes and reporting formats.
• Work with government agencies and internal stakeholders to build engagement and alignment.
• Coordinate reference groups, project deliverables, risks, actions and dependencies.
• Prepare high-level briefings, progress updates and project documentation.

• Practical experience working with Queensland RTI and/or Information Privacy legislation.
• Strong project coordination and delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Understanding of data collection, statistical reporting and relevant software.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes.
