What You Bring to the Team
...Customer Service Background: Prior experience in a retail, customer-facing, or phone-based environment, with a proven history of working toward targets.
Resilience & Composure: The ability to stay grounded, calm, and professional when navigating challenging situations.
Target-Driven Mindset: Comfortable making outbound phone calls and pursuing referral or sales leads.
Strong Maths Skills: Confident handling, counting, and balancing cash accurately while processing financial transactions flawlessly.
