About the Role
Randstad HR Partners is partnering with a digital services provider in Western Sydney for a People & Culture Business Partnering Consultant to play a critical executionary role across our People & Culture (P&C) team, business leaders, and employee population. This dynamic role suits an agile HR professional with a strong process mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous change management. Working closely with P&C Directors, Associate Directors, and Centres of Excellence (CoEs), you will solve complex people-related challenges and deliver value-adding HR solutions across the organisation.
...Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Delivery & Partnership: Support P&C BPs on core initiatives that align with annual business plans, building strong collaborative relationships across key business areas.
- Organisational Change: Support restructures and leads small-scale change programs from scoping through to embedding, including consultation and logistical coordination.
- Leadership Capability: Upskill and coach leaders on performance management, employee relations, employment legislation, and self-service HR tools.
- Talent & Early Careers Management: Partner with the Early Careers talent team and business leaders to proactively manage the annual graduate program.
- Resourcing & Rewards Support: Oversee in-flight resourcing requests, secondments, and backfills, collaborating with Talent Acquisition and Rewards on remuneration proposals.
- Data, Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Leverage HR Central data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, identify key trends, and drive continuous process improvements.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 5–7 years of progressive HR experience (or a blend of HR and business roles) within a dynamic, large-scale environment.
- Core Capabilities: Proven track record in organizational change management, consulting, and stakeholder management.
- Mindset: Strong commercial acumen, analytical mindset, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a matrixed environment.
