• Proven high volume end to end payroll processing experience

• Previous federal, state, or local government experience

• Proven experience and knowledge with SAP system.

Key responsibilities will include:

• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process and validate timely, accurate end-to-end payroll and establishment transactions.
• Administrative & Data Support: Provide high-quality business support, including data entry, spreadsheet management, and word processing.
• Customer Service & Stakeholder Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service and develop productive, respectful working relationships with all stakeholders.
• Time Management & Prioritization: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to effectively prioritize competing demands and meet strict deadlines.
• Continuous Improvement & Innovation: Identify, recommend, and participate in initiatives to optimize payroll processes and support personal professional development.
• Team Collaboration & Flexibility: Work both independently and flexibly within a collaborative team environment to achieve shared goals.

About You

You will be an experienced Payroll professional with proven experience and reliability in previous positions.

The successful candidate will possess:

• Proven high volume end to end payroll processing experience
• Previous federal, state, or local government experience
• Proven experience and knowledge with SAP system
