Overview of the Role
The Patient Journey Partner is at the absolute centre of this modernised commercial model. Turning the traditional industry approach upside down, you will be directly accountable for delivering better outcomes for patients, their communities, the ecosystem, and the organization faster, achieving a true triple-win scenario.
This is a highly collaborative, 100% field-based position with responsibilities split across New South Wales (70%) and Brisbane (30%).
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a central partner within the healthcare ecosystem, focusing on innovative, long-term patient solutions rather than traditional transactional product placement.
- Manage a comprehensive neuroscience territory across NSW and QLD to build strategic clinical networks and support complex patient journeys.
- Partner deeply with medical professionals, clinicians, and hospital stakeholders to identify system gaps, driving generative disruption to improve healthcare delivery.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to align medical insight with value-based ecosystem strategies.
Skills and Experience Required
- Therapeutic Focus: Solid, demonstrable experience within the Neuroscience space is highly desirable
- Background: A proven track record in Medical Affairs, as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL) is highly desirable. Individuals with similar experience and with a Pharmacist background or PHD will be considered.
- Field Proficiency: Demonstrated success in autonomous field-based positions managing diverse regional footprints.
- Commercial and Clinical Acumen: Highly developed communication, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to navigate complex medical systems.
- Flexibility: A valid driving licence and a full willingness to travel extensively between NSW (70%) and Brisbane (30%).
