Reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals, managing high-value primary & secondary care accounts, and driving product adoption across the region.
Key Duties
- Drive Product Awareness: Promote premium technologies and products through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with healthcare specialists.
- Deliver Clinical Education: Conduct high-quality educational sessions for healthcare professionals and consumers to shape new care standards.
- Act as a Trusted Advisor: Support clinicians in navigating digital health ecosystems, including mobile apps, data portals, and clinical software.
- Strategic Territory Management: Maintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequency, focusing heavily on high-value primary care accounts.
- Maintain System & Budget Efficiency: Oversee Salesforce data entry to ensure optimal territory effectiveness while managing expenditures to meet spending KPIs.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with state and national team members to accelerate product adoption and share market insights.
- Ensure Compliance: Communicate complex clinical data and disease state knowledge confidently while strictly adhering to corporate ethics and compliance procedures.
Your Skills and Experience
- Background: A Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, Optometry, Science, or a related clinical discipline.
- Commercial Mindset: A strong business acumen coupled with a customer-centric, solution-focused approach to building relationships.
- Clinical Proficiency: The technical ability to leverage your existing medical knowledge to understand, translate, and communicate complex scientific data to fellow HCPs.
- Relationship Building: Exceptional communication and active listening skills to build lasting, meaningful stakeholder connections.
- Tech-Savviness: Highly comfortable utilising data-driven digital tools, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and digital health software.
- Autonomy & Drive: A strong passion for healthcare, the ability to work independently in the field, and a desire to transition into a high-performing corporate sales culture.
- Licence: A valid Australian Driving Licence and a willingness to travel across the Newcastle and Central Coast geography as required.
