• Oversee the successful execution of multiple civil construction and earthworks projects.

• Lead, mentor, and support Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and field teams.

• Partner closely with the General Manager to optimise project delivery strategies, resource allocation, and financial performance.

• Coordinate plant, equipment, and labour deployment alongside the Maintenance Manager.

• Ensure strict adherence to WHS legislation, environmental regulations, and company quality standards.

• Strengthen relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders.

What You Bring

• Extensive leadership experience in civil construction operations or senior project management.

• Proven track record of managing multi-project portfolios, site teams, and plant resources.

• Deep understanding of WHS legislation, risk management, and compliance.

• Strong strategic decision-making capability balancing safety, budget, and client satisfaction.
