Reporting straight to the Directors, this high-impact executive role gives you genuine autonomy to shape the company’s strategic direction, scale operations, and drive full P&L performance across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Growth: Establish and execute a clear growth strategy to increase market penetration and drive long-term profitability.
Commercial & P&L Leadership: Take full accountability for operational performance, budgeting, forecasting, and key commercial metrics.
People & Culture Development: Lead from the front to build a high-performing, accountable culture and mentor internal team members.
Business Development: Strengthen key customer and supplier relationships while identifying new commercial opportunities.
Process Optimisation: Refine business systems, operational workflows, and organizational discipline to position the business for scale.
What You Bring
Track Record: Proven leadership experience as a General Manager, Commercial Director, or Senior Business Leader with demonstrated revenue and profit growth.
Leadership DNA: A humble, hungry, smart, and hands-on approach—someone who leads by example and brings people along with them.
Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy, sharp negotiation skills, and a practical, entrepreneurial mindset.
Flexibility: Willingness to undertake regular local and interstate travel as required to drive business results.
