How will you fit the brief?

• You are an experienced formwork supervisor with practical knowledge delivering concreting, steel fixing, carpentry, civil/industrial plumbing, and excavation packages of work.
• You lead your crews by example
• You coach and mentor junior staff
• Your attention to quality & safety is uncompromising
• Use of Procore is a nice to have
• You are competent using computer programs

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct the concrete construction team, including sub-contractors and trades, ensuring high-quality workmanship at all times.
• Be the on-site leader for safety, strictly adhering to all WHS regulations and client OHS policies. Complete and close out Work Permits and required OHS documentation.
• Drive a proactive site culture taking genuine pride in delivering quality works.
• Act as the primary on-site contact for the client, contractors, and deliveries. Liaise effectively with clients, internal management, administration, and trades.
• Plan construction works, contribute to the construction program, and ensure the project follows the schedule as closely as possible.
• Organise materials (including ordering concrete/quarry products) and sub-contractors in a timely manner to maintain workflow.
• Complete daily pre-start forms and site diaries with descriptive notes.
• Log employee / sub-contractor hours and deliveries.
• Upload site photos and enter delay details.
• Complete Incident Reports and ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plans) as required.
• Access and update programs, drawings, and documents.
