Acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders, including client representatives from Homes Victoria.
Championing a safety-first culture, strictly adhering to the company’s certified OH&S, Quality, and Environmental management systems.
Managing site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily site reporting.
About You:

- A carpentry trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management.
Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial projects in the $5M–$15M range.
Specific experience delivering multi-storey apartment builds (3-storey+ experience is highly regarded).
