Are you a people person with a knack for problem-solving? We are looking for two motivated Customer Service Officers to join a busy and essential help desk team based in Perth.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who priorities the customer experience and is eager to learn the ropes of a specialised industry. While call centre experience is a bonus, your attitude, communication skills, and drive are what matter most to us.
Pay Rate: $37 - $43 per hour + super.
Location: Perth
Duration: 6-month initial contract with strong potential to extend.
Hours: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for technical and general enquiries. Your day-to-day will involve:
Providing accurate advice and assistance via a dedicated industry helpdesk.
Recording customer details, feedback, and complaints with high attention to detail.
Distributing technical publications, forms, and brochures to stakeholders.
Contributing to the continuous improvement of helpdesk systems and manuals.
Building professional relationships with internal teams and external industry partners.
We are looking for individuals who are reliable, professional, and ready to hit the ground running.
A genuine passion for helping people and resolving enquiries efficiently.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to learn new information systems and accurately record data.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
A proactive approach to learning specialized technical information.
