We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant or Business Support Officers to provide comprehensive, confidential, and professional support to our Government Clients. This role requires exceptional foresight, discretion, and the ability to manage complex calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and act as a key liaison for the executive team or project team.

Locations: Across Metro Perth
Length: 3-6 months +
Hours: Full time 38hrs per week
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support, including complex calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating extensive travel arrangements.
- Operational Support: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the office, including managing records, coordinating resources, and supporting internal procedures.
- Communication & Correspondence: Act as a central point of contact, managing communications and drafting confidential correspondence, presentations, and reports.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, government officials, and key partners.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan and coordinate high-stakes meetings and events, including preparing agendas, taking detailed minutes, and tracking action items.
- Information Management: Manage confidential information and records with the utmost discretion and integrity, ensuring compliance with all policies.
- Financial Tasks: Assist with basic financial administration, such as processing purchase orders and tracking expenditures.What We're Looking For

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Business Support Officers.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively manage competing priorities.
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and experience with relevant scheduling and travel software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and confident demeanour.
- Absolute discretion and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information.
- A proactive, resourceful, and flexible approach to work.
