About Your Next Role

If you have been looking to unpick the suburban routine - or step into a deeply fulfilling post-retirement chapter - this role offers a rare way of life. Set against the backdrop of pristine tropical waters, you will lead a welcoming local hub, run hands-on craft and community workshops, and support local First Nations participants in a relaxed, close-knit environment.
This is a full-time, permanent remote residential role based in an isolated island community. Life here moves at its own gentle pace, offering deep cultural immersion and beautiful coastlines, while requiring independence, resilience, and a genuine love for remote island living.

High-level cultural respect and the adaptability to thrive in an isolated island setting.
Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills to build vibrant engagement in a remote environment.
