Your New Position:
Our client operates at the heart of Australia's critical digital infrastructure, delivering large-scale network, technology, and telecommunications field operations nationwide. They lead major national network rollout, upgrade, and transformation programs, managing widespread field teams, sub-contractors, and site operations.
In this role, you will support the Transformation Director and specific operational module teams during a major field transformation initiative. You will act as the key link between corporate project leadership and the hands-on delivery teams on the ground, creating structure and scalable communication models for a large subcontracted field workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Setup & Strategy: Assess existing workforce engagement levels and establish scalable engagement channels, workflows, and roles from scratch for a large subcontracted workforce.
- Field & Stakeholder Engagement: Continuously connect with project managers, schedulers, site managers, and field delivery crews to ensure alignment on operational updates and project changes.
- Communications Delivery: Draft and execute email bulletins, client updates, and project delivery communications, as well as lead/participate in project meetings.
- Digital Tool Adoption: Coordinate deployment and drive user adoption for digital tools, communication platforms, and mobile workforce applications.
- Analytics & Continuous Improvement: Utilise data skills to track engagement analytics, measure adoption rates, and continuously refine communication workflows.
- Project & Change Support: Assist with wider project delivery management and change management activities as needed.
Your Skills & Experience:
- Industry Background: 3–5 years of experience within Telecommunications or a closely related infrastructure industry.
- Workforce Engagement: Demonstrated experience establishing and managing engagement channels specifically tailored for a subcontracted or field delivery workforce.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience using Microsoft 365, with specific expertise in SharePoint and Swift.
- Data Skills: Practical experience leveraging data to monitor, report on, and analyse engagement metrics.
- Qualifications in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
- Hands-on experience with wider M365 tools (Teams, Viva Engage) and mobile workforce applications.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies and process automation to streamline workflows.
- Work Style: Outgoing, detail-oriented, and client-conscious, with a proactive mindset to seek out answers and drive initiatives forward independently.
