We are partnering with a prestigious, global automotive brand to find a Content and Media Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team in Sydney.
In this pivotal role, you will be the gatekeeper of the brand's marketing assets across paid, owned, and earned channels. You will lead the governance, management, and optimization of content, ensuring full compliance and seamless campaign execution. Key Responsibilities
... Content Rights & Asset Governance: Own the lifecycle of all marketing and brand content assets. Track expiries, secure talent/licensing extensions, and manage compliance to ensure zero campaign disruptions.
Content Planning & Roadmapping: Lead content planning in partnership with Brand and Media teams. Develop the quarterly and annual content roadmap, maximize asset utilization, and coordinate creative pre-testing for maximum campaign effectiveness.
Media Operations: Oversee timelines to ensure campaign assets are delivered in the correct specifications and aspect ratios, launching all media campaigns flawlessly and on schedule.
Local Content Production: Collaborate with Public relations, Experience, and Social media teams to plan and produce local content that amplifies brand activations, including influencer/KOL partnerships and specialized cultural marketing initiatives.
Financial & Vendor Management: Support media-related purchase orders and invoice processing. Build and maintain robust relationships with media, creative, and production partners.
What We Are Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will bring a strong blend of risk management, creative asset understanding, and commercial acumen.
Your Experience:
Significant experience working within marketing operations, content operations, media operations, or brand management.
Proven track record managing content rights, licensing, talent usage, copyright, and asset governance processes.
Demonstrated experience collaborating with media, creative, and production agencies.
Experience coordinating campaign delivery, managing operational budgets, and processing supplier invoices.
Your Skills:
3+ years marketing experience
Exceptional project management, workflow coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
Rigorous attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities under tight timelines.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving capabilities.
Knowledge of campaign delivery across ATL (Above the Line), digital, and emerging social platforms.
