About the Role

You will manage end-to-end B2B sales cycles for high-value architectural solutions. You will build long-term relationships with Architects, Tier 1 Builders, and C-Suite leaders. You will create enterprise opportunities across major commercial builds. You will design customised technical strategies to integrate access and building systems.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Manage high-value B2B solution sales for entrance security.

• Build strategic relationships with Architects, Tier 1s & C-suite.

• Lead complex multi-stakeholder deals from lead to close.

• Operate field sales territory with active on-the-road travel.

Skills/Experience

• Proven track record in technical B2B solution selling.

• Background in construction, BMS, access control, HVAC, or lifts.

• Strong ability to influence Architects, Tier 1s & Executives.

• Thrives in a high-performing, collaborative global team culture.

• Passionate about delivering high-end architectural innovation.
