About the Role
As the ANUM, you will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to oversee daily clinical operations, mentor nursing and care staff, and ensure the highest standard of person-centred care for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the care team on shift, fostering a positive and cohesive work culture.
Oversee clinical care planning, medication management, and complex resident assessments.
Ensure full compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.
Act as a clinical escalation point and advocate for residents and their families.
Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives across the facility.

Candidate Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:
Location: Must currently reside onshore in Australia with full, unrestricted working rights. (International applicants will not be considered for this role).
Registration: Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1).
Experience: Proven experience in Australian Aged Care settings.
Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience (e.g., as an ANUM, Team Leader, or Senior RN).
Commitment: A genuine passion for aged care and a firm commitment to relocating to Regional Victoria.
