What We Are Looking For
5+ years of experience managing residential aged care facilities.
Current, active AHPRA registration as a Division 1 Registered Nurse (RN).
Comprehensive understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, compliance, and clinical risk.
Proven track record in operational management, financial oversight, and team leadership.
Full-time availability and valid Australian working rights.
What We Offer
Attractive Remuneration: $155,000 – $170,000 base + super (commensurate with experience).
