Due to the high volume of work, they are now looking for an Subcontractor Operations Admin Officer to join their team based in Wetherill Park on a full-time basis.

Your New Role:
- Prepare, distribute and maintain daily subcontractor runsheets.
- Process job confirmations and billing across platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely invoicing.
- Manage subcontractor portals and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
- Identify inefficiencies and escalate issues to drive process improvements.
- Ensure accurate data entry for effective management reporting.

About You:
- Previous experience in Administration, Data Entry, or Accounts Admin.
- Experience in the Waste Management or Transport industry is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously is essential.
- Proficient Word & Excel experience.
