Your New Role
As the Promotions Systems Coordinator, you will be an integral part of a close-knit, highly collaborative team reporting directly to a warm and respected Promotions State Manager. In this role, you will act as a key system administrator and trusted contact for our promotions software, ensuring data integrity while partnering with teams across the nation to support smooth, efficient retail operations.
How You’ll Contribute & Support:
Promotions & System Administration
System Expert: Serve as a Systems Administrator for the Promotional Software, administering promotions, maintaining data integrity, and providing supportive guidance and training to State and National teams.
ERP & Portal Management: Administer promotional data across our ERP system, handle host transmissions, and keep online portals accurate and up to date.
Collaboration & Partnership: Partner closely with Trading, State, Channel and Promotions teams to manage both standard and non-standard promotional data with care, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Inbox Management: Ensure all queries receive timely, helpful responses in line with team targets.
Proactive Problem Solving: Thoughtfully identify potential issues early and resolve them to protect and minimise impact on our retailers and shoppers.
Insights & Reporting: Prepare clear, meaningful reports as required to support team decision-making.
What Will Help You Succeed:
Background: Experience in a similar admin, data or promotions role within the FMCG sector.
Technical Savvy: Proficiency across Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Pivot Tables, VLookUps & Formulas) alongside cloud-based applications like SharePoint.
Communication Style: Strong communication skills and a naturally collaborative, supportive approach when working with diverse national and state teams.
Mindset & Focus: A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your time gracefully in a fast-paced environment.
