Your typical duties may include:
- Incoming and outgoing emails;
- Maintaining records and information databases
- Customer service (both in person and on phone)
- Diary management, travel arrangements and ad hoc team administration;
- Preparing written correspondence and sorting mail;
- Record, prepare and distribute meeting minutes;
- Coordinate arrangements for excursions, including bus bookings, compliance forms, risk managements, as required.
To be successful, you will possess:
- Experience in the public or education sector in a similar role
- High-level computing skills, including experience with MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear, concise and accurate written minutes and papers.
- Well-developed stakeholder engagement skills
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks against tight time lines with accuracy and attention to detail
- Current Working with Childrens Check
