Key Responsibilities
In this key onsite role, you will ensure efficient workshop operations by managing daily administrative functions:
Workshop Support: Create, monitor, and oversee job cards and work orders to support daily workflow and workshop operations.
System & Records Management: Maintain, audit, and update critical fleet maintenance records accurately within the system.
Timekeeping: Manage and process daily time sheet entries for a workshop crew of 10–11 staff members.
Financial Admin: Take ownership of processing invoices accurately and efficiently.
Fleet Scheduling: Assist with broader scheduling by utilising the EROAD platform to monitor service intervals across a fleet of approximately 300 assets (not a daily task).
Interstate Collaboration: Provide administrative support to wider state teams to ensure consistent nationwide coordination.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an organised professional who excels in a busy workshop or transport environment and is ready to hit the ground running this July.
Industry Background: Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within the fleet, transport, logistics, or workshop sectors.
Large-Scale Exposure: Prior experience navigating a complex organisational structure is highly regarded.
Technical Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Familiarity with JDEGS or EROAD is a distinct advantage.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to liaise effectively with technicians, suppliers, and corporate stakeholders.
