We are expanding our Adelaide Operations team and are looking for organised, high-energy Workflow Coordinators to own our end-to-end property valuation process.

What You’ll Do
As the central point of contact, you will keep our business moving:
- Master the Workflow: Accept, register, and manage new valuation instructions with high accuracy.
- Smart Scheduling: Optimise value calendars to create efficient inspection runs while coordinating with clients.
- Customer Excellence: Handle daily calls and emails, providing proactive updates and resolving issues.
- Collaborative Support: Partner closely with a supportive team under the guidance of our Team Leader.
Who You Are
- Experience: Property industry experience is highly desirable. A background in office administration and customer service is preferred.
- Superb Skills: Medium-to-fast typing speed and exceptional communication skills.
- The Mindset: A resilient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under tight deadlines.
