We are expanding our Adelaide Operations team and are looking for organised, high-energy Workflow Coordinators to own our end-to-end property valuation process.

If you are a scheduling superstar, an administrative champion, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you!

What You’ll Do

As the central point of contact, you will keep our business moving:

  • Master the Workflow: Accept, register, and manage new valuation instructions with high accuracy.
  • Smart Scheduling: Optimise value calendars to create efficient inspection runs while coordinating with clients.
  • Customer Excellence: Handle daily calls and emails, providing proactive updates and resolving issues.
  • Collaborative Support: Partner closely with a supportive team under the guidance of our Team Leader.

Who You Are

  • Experience: Property industry experience is highly desirable. A background in office administration and customer service is preferred.
  • Superb Skills: Medium-to-fast typing speed and exceptional communication skills.
  • The Mindset: A resilient, detail-oriented problem solver who thrives under tight deadlines.
  • Team Spirit: Values a workplace culture built on collegiality, professionalism, and fairness.
