Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Valves Sales Specialist to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in valves and fluid control systems, coupled with exceptional sales skills and a customer-centric approach. As a Valves Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base, driving revenue growth, and fostering long-term relationships with clients who are based within the water industry

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential customers within assigned territories or industries.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and visits.
• Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and marketing, to support customer requirements and enhance product offerings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Australian citizenshup/permanent residency (Required)
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably within the valves or fluid control industry.
• Strong technical understanding of valves and fluid control systems, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
