- Documentation Planning & Maintenance: Develop comprehensive plans and schedules to meet project milestones. Proactively update existing documentation to reflect changes in software, processes, or user requirements.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough audits of documentation to ensure adherence to style guides, compliance, and industry standards.
- Distribution: Coordinate the accessibility of documentation via online portals and knowledge bases.
To be successful in this position you must be a highly experienced Technical Writer with proven experience crafting user-friendly content and translating complex information into structured, engaging documentation for IT/Engineering projects. You must also have solid experience in the following:
- AI Proficiency: Demonstrated working knowledge of AI tools for documentation support, including a clear understanding of data privacy and security legislation.
- Problem-Solving: A proactive mindset, capable of taking new perspectives on existing solutions and exercising judgment based on analysis.
- Standards Awareness: Familiarity with ISO Management Systems (Quality, OH&S, Environmental & Information Security) is highly desirable.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage changing priorities effectively within a fast-paced project environment.
