Role: Team Lead - Cloud ERP project
Work Type: 2 year FTC
About the Role
This Cloud ERP Project is a flagship transformation replacing legacy core systems with a fully integrated cloud platform.
Partnering directly with the Project Manager you will co-own the end-to-end planning and delivery across configuration, data migration, integrations, and business process streams. This isn't just about managing tasks; it's about leading people through high-impact change and successfully steering the property and rating and compliance and revenue implementation streams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- You will lead a team of BA’s in this project
- Drive scope, project timelines, cutover execution, and integration strategies alongside the Project Manager while keeping risks in check.
- Oversee the technical and operational shift from the legacy systems to the new system
- Work across business units, technical teams, and external vendors to navigate competing priorities and build a cohesive, target-driven team culture.
What We’re Looking For
- Your hands on experience in system implementation and direct experience leading complex ERP or core local government implementations
- Proven ability to guide cutover, integration, and data migration phases alongside technical consultants and internal teams.
- A high-empathy, high-accountability leader who knows how to coach BAs and keep teams motivated under tight deadlines.
