About the Client & Role Randstad is currently partnering with a prominent government sector organization to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner on a temporary assignment to support the team through an upcoming busy period and planned leave.
In this temporary contract role, you will step in as a trusted advisor and coach to hiring managers across a diverse corporate services portfolio, ensuring business continuity and high-quality hiring outcomes. Working collaboratively as part of the broader talent team, you will drive end-to-end recruitment, execute proactive sourcing strategies, operationalise diversity action plans, and help manage business-critical talent pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
...Partner directly with department leaders and hiring managers to deliver end-to-end talent acquisition across assigned portfolios
Act as an expert advisor and coach to line managers, supporting capability building in talent selection and assessment.
Proactively source talent internally and externally using market data, talent pipelines, and targeted attraction activities.
Operationalise diversity and inclusion objectives through proactive candidate engagement, talent pooling, and inclusive hiring practices.
Conduct hiring strategy meetings, review candidates, conduct interviews/assessments, and facilitate onboarding.
Ensure all recruitment processes meet organizational governance, compliance, and quality benchmarks.
Analyze talent market trends and data to deliver continuous improvement and innovative recruitment solutions.
What You Bring
Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Human Resources Management, or a related discipline.
Experience: Proven track record in Talent Acquisition within complex, fast-paced environments (government or public sector experience is highly regarded).
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills with a proven ability to coach leaders and build trust.
Diversity Focus: Experience supporting and implementing diversity hiring strategies and proactive talent pooling.
Sourcing Capability: Deep knowledge of modern sourcing strategies, talent acquisition technology, and candidate assessment techniques.
