Your New Role:
In your role as the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will sit within inclusive and supportive team, with a primary focus on recruiting data driven professionals across Sydney and Brisbane. Your duties will include:
Your Main Duties:
- Proactively pipeline skilled Electrical Engineers, Technicians, and Data Centre specialists.
- Own end-to-end recruitment from initial technical screening through to offer negotiation.
- Partner directly with engineering leadership to align on shift patterns and technical skill requirements.
- Guide hiring managers with real-time talent market data, compensation bench-marking, and hiring trends.
- Deliver a seamless, high-touch hiring journey that builds a strong candidate pipeline and elevates employer brand
