  • A background working within local government or broader public sector environments.

  • A thoughtful understanding of recruitment governance and compliance.

  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills and a natural ability to guide people gently through change.

  • Knowledge of New South Wales local government legislation and applicant tracking systems is highly regarded.
