Operating with an end-to-end, multidisciplinary model, spanning initial design through to final construction, they control every phase of the project life cycle to consistently deliver landmark commercial, residential, and mixed-use precincts.
Driven by a rapidly expanding pipeline of transformative builds, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join their team.
The project initially is 3 levels of basement and 4 levels above ground, delivering a brand new $35m+ commercial building in the heart of Brisbane. You'll be joining the team from the early stages of the project. To thrive in this role, you will bring a proactive, solution-focused mindset, standard-setting autonomy, and a relentless can-do attitude to driving site success.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Current First Aid Certificate required
- QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Experience in delivering projects up to $35m for a head contractor in Australia
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- Excellent client and stakeholder Management is imperative
