Driven by a rapidly expanding pipeline of transformative builds, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Fitout Site Manager to join their dynamic team. Initially taking the reins on a $4.5m refurbishment of a historical building within a live environment, this Brisbane CBD based role offers a high performing professional the chance to lead a landmark project within a business that genuinely values expertise, innovation, and craft.
Role Overview:
The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring timely, on-budget, and high-quality project delivery. You will manage subcontractors, resources, and safety standards while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
... - Manage and supervise site activities, ensuring project time lines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure health and safety compliance across the site.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
- Lead and mentor the site team to ensure smooth operations
Experience/Qualifications Required:
- Current First Aid Certificate required
- QBCC Site Supervisor License - required
- An ability to manage programme, schedule and sequence trades effectively
- Fitout and refurb experience up to $5m for a head contractor in Australia
- Experience in utilising construction software such as Hammertech, Procore or similar
- Excellent client and stakeholder Management is imperative
