Reporting to the Building Services Manager, you will lead from the front—managing team schedules, prioritising maintenance requests, overseeing Building Automation Systems (BAS), and ensuring high standards of safety, financial efficiency, and guest satisfaction in this 24/7 environment.
Joining an established team, your shift will involve planning, scheduling, and mentoring team members to meet daily resort needs while fostering a supportive service culture all while monitoring team budgets, producing basic performance reports, and ensuring strict alignment with current OSH standards.
Ideally you will have 5+years experience in a similar role, a background in 24/7 operations with an in-house labour force is a distinct advantage - leisure, hospital & mining.
Knowledge of CMMS tools (BEIMS) is desired as well as resources scheduling & MS Office. A trade qualification or diploma in Operational Management is desirable, but not essential.
Perks include free lunch and/or dinner during your shift at one of the best in-house kitchens in Perth, if not WA.
