Your New Role
This is a great opportunity to take the reins of the technical support and service function. As the Service Manager, you’ll be the go-to technical lead, mentoring a junior technician, diagnosing pump and equipment issues over the phone, and getting hands-on in the workshop with testing and repairs. Dealing mainly with Australian farmers and rural dealers, you’ll deliver clear, practical solutions that keep operations moving.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a junior technician while handling escalations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose pump and technical faults via phone, email, and messaging
- Manage warranty claims and service jobs from end to end
- Advise customers on suitable pump sizing, system upgrades, and installation setups
- Head out on occasional regional visits to run training sessions for distributors
- Keep job tracking, parts, and CRM records up to date

About You
- Experience as a Service Manager, Service Coordinator, Warranty Coordinator, Warranty Manager
- Experience supervising, coaching, or mentoring a junior team member
- Full Australian driver’s licence and happy to do occasional regional travel
