• Act as the primary operational contact for customers, vendors, and external stakeholders, driving fault triage and escalations.
• Manage hardware assets, track operational risks and issues, and handle routine business-as-usual and lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate regular vendor service reviews, operational meetings, action tracking, and minor works delivery.
• Maintain essential service management records, support procedures, knowledge articles, and performance reporting.
• Assist in managing program budgets, related contracts, existing service plans, and technology lifecycle plans.

• 3–5 years of experience in ICT operations, service management, managed services, or service delivery roles.
• Proven track record in managing incidents, escalations, vendor relationships, and ITIL-based environments.
• Demonstrated ability to run operational service meetings independently and coordinate technical teams.
• Strong customer focus with exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience managing risk registers, maintaining technical documentation, and driving service improvements.
