What You Will Do:
- Manage the allocation of branch resources and production releases to implement new features and rectify bugs across digital products.
- Facilitate team rituals including daily stand-ups, short and long-term planning, estimation sessions, and retrospectives.
- Manage iteration planning, team capacity, demand, and dependencies alongside Product Managers and Delivery Leads.
- Build trusted relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enable effective whole-of-service support.
- Protect the team from outside interruptions, remove operational blockers, and produce progress reporting on velocity and milestones.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
- Proven experience managing and leading high-performing delivery teams within large, complex organisations.
- High-level understanding and practical experience using agile delivery principles, methods, and tools such as JIRA.
- Strong working knowledge of IT service management principles, frameworks (such as ITIL), and process tools like ServiceNow.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability in negotiation, influencing, and adapting to dynamic environments.
- Experience managing and maintaining augmented and third-party managed service provider contracts.
