Responsibilities

• Develop, test and maintain Salesforce solutions, including Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and platform configurations.
• Collaborate with business analysts, Solution Architects and delivery teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
• Contribute to the development of secure, accessible and maintainable digital services that align with platform standards and business needs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, release processes and continuous improvement initiatives to improve quality and delivery outcomes.

• Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC), Experience Cloud, Apex and Salesforce platform configuration.
• Experience developing integrations between Salesforce and external systems using APIs and contemporary integration patterns.
• Experience delivering accessible digital services and applying accessibility standards and inclusive design principles throughout the software development lifecycle

• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder or Platform Developer I
• Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), including Integration Procedures, OmniStudio and related platform capabilities.
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital services within government, regulated or highly governed environments.
• Experience across Salesforce platform capabilities such as Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and associated digital service platforms.
