Currently partnered with a government organisation in the Castlemaine region, Randstad is seeking an experienced Human Resource Advisor for a current Senior HR Advisor vacancy.

- Salary: Ranging from $94,000 - $105,000+ superannuation
- Employment Type: Full-time ongoing (open to part-time 0.8)
- Location: Castlemaine VIC
- Hybrid flexibility + flexible work arrangements
Responsibilities include:
- Provide expert advice, support, and mentor-ship on employee and industrial relations, as well as people and performance management.
- Proactively managing employee relations matters to ensure a positive workplace environment.
- Provide guidance on workplace policies and procedures, ensuring they are understood and adhered to.
- Liaise with stakeholders to address and resolve industrial relations issues effectively.
- Keep executive managers informed and coordinating performance processes to drive organisational success.
- Managing personnel records, ensuring compliance with legislation and organisational policies.
- Undertake comprehensive policy review and development to align with best practices and compliance requirements.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies to support organisational goals.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Relevant qualifications and/or significant experience in a similar human resources role.
- Proven ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in conducting or supporting disciplinary processes.
- Sound knowledge of relevant legislation and reporting requirements.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all levels of the organisation.
