Are you an experienced Facilities Administration professional looking for an immediate-start contract offering an excellent hourly rate and long-term extension potential? Randstad is currently partnering with a highly respected multi-site organisation based in Chermside to recruit a Senior Facilities Administration Officer.
In this critical and engaging role, you will join an established team to support key facilities operations and an ongoing asset performance uplift initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day facilities management processes, including work order allocation, contractor coordination, compliance administration, and service delivery oversight.
- Maintain high volumes of administrative tasks with exceptional accuracy, including document management, reporting, invoicing, and data integrity.
- Utilize TechOne (or similar FM platforms) and SharePoint to manage document libraries, permissions, workflow support, and operational records.
- Review, draft, update, and format policy and procedure documentation in line with organizational governance and best practice frameworks.
- Engage confidently and professionally with internal clients, operational teams, contractors, and external service providers across multiple sites.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline workflows and boost overall operational efficiency.
- Facilities Experience: Demonstrated background in facilities administration within healthcare, aged care, community services, or complex multi-site property environments.
- Systems Capability: Hands-on experience with TechOne (or similar FM systems) and practical SharePoint experience.
- Governance & Documentation: Strong policy development, documentation, and process improvement skills.
- Organisational Skills: Proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing competing priorities from day one.
- Probity & Compliance: Relevant probity checks and proof of vaccination status as required by legislation or organizational policy.
- Competitive Rate: $58.38 – $65.00 per hour + superannuation.
- Strong Longevity: Initial 6-month contract with strong potential to extend to the end of FY27.
- Immediate Start: A high-impact role supporting key business continuity and asset performance initiatives.
