Title: Change Analyst Contract duration: 6-8 Months Location: Brisbane & Sunshine Coast
Intro to the role Accelerate your career with a high-energy, hands-on Change Analyst opportunity supporting a major corporate transformation across Finance and Procurement platforms. Working under the guidance and mentorship of an experienced Change Lead, you will act as the "boots on the ground" delivery engine driving training rollout, targeted communications, and operational change across large-scale business portfolios. This is an exceptional role for an ambitious go-getter looking to gain enterprise-scale experience and transition into a Change Manager.
What You Will Do:
Translate complex finance, procurement, and system changes into clear, team-by-team role impacts and maintain role-impact profiles.
Personally develop high-quality, targeted communications, leader talking points, FAQs, and Change Champion enablement materials.
Assist with organizing, scheduling, and facilitating engaging training sessions, workshops, and awareness briefings.
Build productive relationships with frontline operational staff, stream leads, and subject matter experts across Brisbane and Sunshine Coast hubs.
Utilize Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and AI tools (Copilot) to efficiently build, maintain, and manage well-structured change resources.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Tertiary qualification in Change, Communications, HR, Business, or a related discipline.
2-3+ years of experience supporting change management within structured project or enterprise transformation settings.
Strong capability with Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, SharePoint) and familiarity using digital/AI tools like Copilot.
Exposure to ERP/Finance systems rollouts (such as D365 Finance or Coupa).
Proven ability to translate complex technical/finance concepts into plain, accessible language with excellent facilitation skills.
