Randstad Education is partnering with a distinguished, highly academic Independent All-Boys School located in Ipswich, Queensland. We are seeking an exceptional Senior English Teacher for a Term 1, 2027 start.

The Role
This position is primarily available on a full-time basis, though a 0.8 FTE load will be considered for the right educator. You will focus on delivering rigorous senior English programmes across Years 10–12.
Teach Senior English, Literature, and English Literature Extension utilising a comprehensive, well-structured pre-planned curriculum.
Deliver engaging and challenging academic lessons tailored to small class sizes (~16 students), driving higher-order thinking and literary analysis.
Work closely within a tight-knit, highly experienced faculty to uphold exemplary standards and foster student success.
Enrich the broader school culture by contributing to one extra-curricular activity per year.
Successful Candidate Profile
QCT registration (or eligibility to obtain prior to 2027 start).
Current full Australian working rights are essential.
English as a primary teaching method, ideally with demonstrated experience teaching Senior English, Literature, and Literature Extension (Australian-trained graduate teachers with strong subject mastery are also encouraged to apply).
A strong track record of professional stability and commitment in past roles.
