Lead Educators: Take ownership of room programming and planning; mentor assistant educators; deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYLF and Queensland Kindergarten Learning Guidelines.
Assistant Educators: Support room setup, assist with daily routines, facilitate engaging activities, and foster intentional learning moments under guidance.
Child Wellbeing: Provide warm, nurturing care that supports each child's physical, emotional, and social development.
Family Partnerships: Maintain open, welcoming, and positive communication with families about their child's learning journey.
Quality Practices: Maintain high standard health, safety, and hygiene practices in line with National Quality Standards (NQS).
To be successful in these roles, you must hold or bring:
An ACECQA-approved Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care OR Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
A strong, practical understanding of the EYLF and NQS framework.
A valid Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
Current approved First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma management certificates (or willingness to obtain).
A positive, collaborative attitude and a genuine passion for early childhood development.
