We are seeking experienced Senior Data Entry Officers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for validating and maintaining high data quality standards.
You will play a key role in identifying anomalies, maintaining formatting standards, and supporting general administrative workflows.
Validate and maintain data quality across all stages of the workflow.
Perform high volume, accurate data entry into structured systems and spreadsheets.
Review incoming data to identify inconsistencies, missing details, or anomalies.
Apply established data standards and policies rigorously and consistently.
Escalating complex queries or data discrepancies appropriately when clarification is needed.
Support general administrative tasks to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.
Data Entry Expertise: Proven, demonstrated experience in accurate, high volume data entry.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data accuracy.
Analytical Mindset: Strong problem solving skills with the knowledge to adhere to policies.
Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with confidence managing structured spreadsheets.
Process Driven: Ability to follow detailed procedures and manage repetitive tasks efficiently without losing focus.
Communication and Initiative: Strong organisational skills, self motivated to work independently, and comfortable raising issues when required.
Technical Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML is considered a bonus.
Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Ability to work full time hours onsite in the office (CBD or Western Suburbs locations). There are no hybrid options available.
