About the Role

We are seeking experienced Senior Data Entry Officers. In this critical role, you will be responsible for validating and maintaining high data quality standards.

You will play a key role in identifying anomalies, maintaining formatting standards, and supporting general administrative workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain data quality across all stages of the workflow.

• Perform high volume, accurate data entry into structured systems and spreadsheets.

• Review incoming data to identify inconsistencies, missing details, or anomalies.

• Apply established data standards and policies rigorously and consistently.

• Escalating complex queries or data discrepancies appropriately when clarification is needed.

• Support general administrative tasks to ensure day to day operations run smoothly.

Key Skills & Experience

• Data Entry Expertise: Proven, demonstrated experience in accurate, high volume data entry.

• Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data accuracy.

• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem solving skills with the knowledge to adhere to policies.

• Software Proficiency: High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, with confidence managing structured spreadsheets.

• Process Driven: Ability to follow detailed procedures and manage repetitive tasks efficiently without losing focus.

• Communication and Initiative: Strong organisational skills, self motivated to work independently, and comfortable raising issues when required.

• Technical Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML is considered a bonus.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Ability to work full time hours onsite in the office (CBD or Western Suburbs locations). There are no hybrid options available.
