Are you a senior project professional seeking your next challenge? We are looking for an experienced IT Cyber Project Manager to lead critical security initiatives within a major enterprise-wide digital transformation programme in Brisbane, driving complex workstreams from end-to-end within a highly regulated environment.
What You Will Do:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex cyber security projects and workstreams.
Drive collaboration across business, technology, security, and vendor stakeholders.
Ensure alignment with government and industry cyber security frameworks and compliance requirements.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
Oversee testing phases (SIT and UAT) to ensure smooth transitions with minimal business disruption.
What You Need to Apply for This Role:
Active Baseline Security Clearance or higher (highly desirable, not not essential).
10+ years' experience delivering complex cyber security projects within large organisations.
Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, Essential Eight, and SOCI.
Demonstrated experience across the full project lifecycle using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
High competence with project delivery tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Azure DevOps.
