Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of large-scale apartment developments. Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of subcontract packages, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variations, progress claims, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. This is a hands-on role where you will help drive the commercial success of projects while ensuring contractual obligations, budgets, and project milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer subcontract packages, including claims, variations, EOTs, payment schedules, and contract correspondence.
• Support procurement and subcontract letting, including preparing scopes, tender packages, and reviewing subcontractor submissions.
• Assist with cost control activities, including budget tracking, progress claims, variations, and monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with the project team to ensure contractual and commercial requirements are met.
• Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

Experience Required

• Experience as a Contracts Administrator, Senior Contracts Administrator, or Contracts Manager within the Australian construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale residential apartment, high-rise, or mixed-use developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, contract administration, and commercial processes.
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Commerce, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Full Australian working rights.
