What You Will Do:

• Lead comprehensive reviews and assessments of current system environments, business processes, and reporting capabilities to identify risks and improvement opportunities.

• Capture and develop high-quality business and solution requirements, future-state process diagrams, and capability requirements using recognised methodologies.

• Conduct market scanning, research, and vendor engagements to evaluate leading industry solutions and perform gap/fit analyses.

• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and manage consultations across government departments and non-government sectors.

• Deliver key project outputs, including current-state assessments, future-state roadmaps, and executive/board decision papers.

What You Need to Apply for This Role:

• Demonstrated expertise in developing high-quality reports, business cases, evidence-based options papers, and executive presentations.

• High-level communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record in stakeholder consultation and change management.

• Demonstrated experience with project management frameworks, preferably applying Agile methodologies.

• Strong background in business reform, transformation, and change management within government or human services environments.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Azure DevOps, and complex system integrations handling sensitive personal information.
