The Role

• Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks
• Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting
• Support risk assessments and control testing activities
• Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met
• Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and escalate issues
• Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials

Your Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in risk, compliance, governance, or a similar operational role (financial services preferred).
• Foundational understanding of risk management principles
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of reviewing documentation and conducting gap analyses.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures.
