• Pay: $38.00/hr casual rate, plus overtime.

• Day Shifts: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM.

• Work Type: Ongoing casual/temp with pathways to go permanent.

Duties

• Perform commercial rigging operations for heavy industrial manufacturing and precast concrete product fabrication.

• Safely lift, manoeuvre, and position precast items including concrete pipes, sleepers, bridge tops, and columns.

• Assist with overhead gantry crane setups, rigging loads, and heavy material handling across the yard.

• Read and interpret guides, load plans, and safety instructions for daily operations.

• Maintain adherence to site safety guidelines, load limits, and WorkSafe WA standards at all times.

Skills & Experience

• Current High-Risk Work Licence with Basic (RB) or Intermediate (RI) Rigging Licence.

• Rigging experience within heavy manufacturing, precast concrete yards, structural steel, or civil infrastructure.

• Ability to safely handle heavy loads and collaborate effectively with crane operators and yard staff.

• A proactive, safety-first mindset with strong attention to site protocols and load stability.
