This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity specifically tailored for a morning person who thrives in an active environment and loves having their afternoons entirely to themselves! Working Monday to Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm, you will step into a vital front-of-house role keeping a bustling, safety-first operations hub running like clockwork.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a vibrant, fast-paced front desk and gate arrival zone, your daily duties will include:

  • Greeting all incoming site visitors, guests, and commercial drivers with a welcoming, professional attitude.

  • Managing the front desk reception and efficiently directing incoming phone inquiries.

  • Upholding critical site safety standards by ensuring all arriving contractors have completed the required inductions and signed in correctly.

  • Overseeing stock control and ordering crucial site consumables (including groceries, stationery, and PPE).

  • Supporting site supervisors with day-to-day administrative tasks, scanning, filing, and basic reporting.

  • Assisting with essential financial admin, including raising purchase orders.


Skills & Experience

To hit the ground running, you will bring:

  • Previous experience in a reception, front-of-house, or site administration role (prior experience within industrial, logistics, or transport environments is highly valued).

  • An exceptional, reliable work ethic and a genuine preference for a 6:00 am start.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a sharp eye for safety and compliance protocols.

  • Solid computer literacy for data entry, scanning, and basic reporting (prior experience raising POs is a distinct advantage).

  • The ability to multi-task smoothly while keeping a calm, professional front desk.
