Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management of a residential rental portfolio
- Select great tenants, manage leases, and run regular property inspections
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs with trusted local tradespeople
- Prepare owner statements, conduct market appraisals, and recommend rental adjustments
- Deliver high-standard client service and build lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
Skills & Experience Required:
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- 2+ years of residential portfolio management experience
- Current driver's licence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong dispute resolution abilities
- Client-focused mindset, proactive attitude, and keen attention to detail
